Dear friends,
The Normetal Group is a pioneering company in Engineering and Prefabricated Modular Construction, with 38 years in Spain and 26 years in Portugal, a market leader on the Iberian Peninsula.
It has more than 150 specialized professionals, a 10,000 m2 plant in Oporto, and production centres in Lisbon, Luanda (Angola), and Bogota (Colombia). With two headquarters in Spain and Portugal, and consolidated subsidiaries in Angola, Mozambique, Colombia, and Peru.
With completed projects in 38 countries on three continents where it operates, Normetal has reinforced its commitment in recent years to obtain projects in different geographical areas, resulting from its ongoing strategy of market internationalisation and consolidation.
Above all, because the Normetal Group has taken a qualitative leap in production in recent years with the incorporation of new workers and an improvement in the efficiency of industrial units, the fruit of a clear commitment to the development of new technical solutions.
The statistics of international growth, significant investment in new modules for the rental business, and the considerable investment in working capital to finance our growth would not be possible without the recognition of our business partners and customers, and without the support of our suppliers and banks.
I would also like to acclaim the attitude and commitment of our workers, veterans and newcomers, Europeans, Africans, and Latin-Americans. I would like to highlight, in particular, those leaving their homes, whose mission is to install and operate our modular buildings and remote base camps anywhere in the world, even in very adverse situations.
I am confident that the coming years will confirm and improve the recent growth tendency, that will translate into a great success for the whole Normetal Group family.
