Modular stands

We offer industrialized stands stages and modular stands for sporting, political, cultural, events, etc., as well as stages at various heights with stairs, raillings and all types of accessories. At Normetal we are commited to quality and resistance in our modular constructions.

For this reason our modular stands have a laminate, hot-dip galvanized steel structure; Floors made of galvanized steel profiles, forming a self-supporting frame. Subsequently, it has a water-repellent plywood covered with a wear-resitant phenolic film. The seats are individual injected plastic shells treated with ultraviolet rays.

Resistence: All the elments that make up the stands and stages have been sized to resist a use overload of 500kg/m2 and other loads imposed by current regulations.

Seats: Rigid seats with individual backrest and back protection, made of high-quality injected polypropylene plastic.

Assembly: The pieces are assembled together using patented hardware, without the need for screws or additional fastening elements. Assembly can be done in a few hours without the use of auxiliary mechanical means.

Expansion: Thanks to its modular format, the stands and stages can be expanded by adding the necessary pieces to do so. The versatility of both products is total.

Safety: The stands have 0.9m high tubular railing, made of galvanized steel to prevent wear and rust. Their design has been studied so that they can’t be scalable, to increase their segurity.

To allow safe access and evacuation, 1.35m wide access points are incorporated every 9.45m maximun, with the height of the step being 0,25m. Individual backrest and back protection, made of high-quaility inject polypropylene plastic.
